威图斯登奥登有限公司于1964年由威廉·亨德里克(比尔)登奥登先生在荷兰创立，他至今仍是该企业的总裁。自成立以来，公司已发展成为一家国际化的运营集团，拥有约130名员工，年营业额约为4200万欧元。1999年8月1日，荷兰投资集团N.I.B. All products are made exclusively by or for VETUS and the relevant moulds, patterns and tools are all VETUS property.
