Laser Welding Systems

Stationary Laser Welding System (SL)

- Our laser systems are designed to satisfy the specific requirements of the tool- and mold-making but also the medical industry.
Systen as lamp pumped Nd: YAG-Laser or as diode pumped fiber laser available.
The compact, reliable "SL" stationary laser system is designed for repairing of tools weighing up to 250 kg. The open construction is a design feature that ensures high ergonomic efficiency for the user during continuous operation, and ease of handling.
Our modular construction principle permits the unit to be converted to closed system. In this way, the SL can be operated as a class 1 or 4 laser, depending on production requirements.
The operation of the working table is manually or motorized. Both manually and the motorized working table provide high precision during the process of welding. The pivoting arm maximizes the accessibility. Two motorized z-axes are integrated as standard in order to provide the required ergonomically operation. Besides that, „SL“ can be upgraded to a Mobile Welder at any time.
Due to the innovative power level technology our laser power can be upgraded from 60 to 500 Watts at any time.

The "Mobile Welder" modular laser system has been specially designed for deposit welding tasks on large tools up to 25 metric tons.
The "Mobile Welder" has been specially designed for deposit welding tasks on large tools, it ensures maximum flexibility when repairing such items, regardless of size and geometry. Strong, torsionally rigid construction and smooth-running axles guarantee high-precision processing. The unit is mounted on steerable castors for high mobility.
The pivoting and slewing arm can be moved and positioned safely in the transport position. The detachable display simplifies operation of the equipment and the monitoring of laser parameters.
The "Mobile Welder" is available with standard power ratings of 60, 120, 160, 300 ,420 and 500 Watts, but versions with a higher power rating are available if needed to satisfy your specific requirements.

Q-Max

- Q-Max provides an intelligent solution to process on parts regardless of the geometry. All 3-axes are integrated into the welding head. The laser beam is delivered to the welding head by fiber optic cable.
The pivoting welding head allows easy positioning and flexible operation. Q-Max ist equipped with a detachable welding head and has the ability to weld inside the injection moulding machine.

Sigomatic Software
- The Sigomatic CNC-Software provides an easy automation to your welding task and optimises your production processes. The software was especially developed for complex laser welding applications and offers a wide range of functions such as part- and full-automation for serial production but also provides features for repair services in 3D.
The intuitive and fully graphical interface provides a simplification of operation so even unexperienced users can program and create CNC-controlled welding-seams in a short period of time. For this purpose the software provides the basic geometries (line, circle, polyline, policircle, spline) which can be used to compile your own individual welding -seam.
The included Teach-in-Function is used to transfer and permuting the requested welding parth, based on the real components geometry directly into the CNC program.

Laser welding is used in applications where metal components have to be joined together with or without additional material addition. Often the laser welding method is the only solution because of the possible applications for such issues. Whether in the electrical industry, automotive industry, medical technology and in the aerospace industry, the laser is clean, accurate and works quickly.
Our machines are lamps pulsed systems in which two xenon lamps irradiate a YAG crystal on both sides, thus increasing the life of the radiation components exponentially. Through this old, but tried and tested system, you have no limits to the use of mobile or stationary system. Most of our customers use our equipment in tooling or for repair welding.

Laser Welding Manually
