The strength of the Speedy Deburring Machines is the proccessing of internal and external edges of flat workpieces.
The Speedy Contour deburrs equally square and round workpieces. The Speedy Prism deburrs straight edges. These compact and handy table machines enable a rational and precise processing for all materials. The machine deburrs and rounds edges lightly from smaller workpieces made of alu, non-ferrous metal, steel, stainless steel and plastics. The TV 95-SL is a compromise between huge industrial finishing machines and slide grinding systems for small series. The trough volume has a capacity of 95l. There is a timer and the intensity is adjustable. Furthermore a noise protection cover enables a low-noise working.
Assfalg has built up its first demonstration centre in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The customers can test their unprocessed workpieces, also possible in bigger processing facilities like the rotary vibrators from Assfalg (which are available at site), with different compounds.

The electropermanent battery lifter SB200 | SB500 | SB950 is a top product from ASSFALG in the load range of 200kg | 500 kg | 950 kg for flat material and 50kg | 200 kg | 400 kg for round material.
It combines the advantages of both permanent lifters and electropermanent lifters. Using a current pulse of less than one second the electropermanent battery lifter SB200 | SB500 | SB950 from ASSFALG may be switched manually using pushbuttons or automatically. Although during transport of the load no current flows, the workpiece remains safely clamped like a permanent magnet. Up to 1000 ON/OFF switching cycles are possible before recharging the internal battery using the supplied mains charger.

In the development of magnetic lifters the Electropermanent Battery Lifting Magnet EPM-B from ASSFALG represents the top of the magnetic lifting technology. They combine the advantages of the Permanent Lifting Magnets and the Electro Lifting Magnets.
