        With more than 20 customer-driven enhancements, the Bendi B420 HL (High-Lift) truck has become the company’s flagship model. Designed to give optimal aisle performance and greater space-saving over conventional counterbalance and reach trucks, the Bendi B420 HL has been completely re-shaped to offer improved performance and driver comfort. Through once again listening to the needs of the industry, we have created a market leading machine, with a residual lift capacity of 2000kgs, that is able to operate in aisles as small as 1700mm, lift to heights up to 13.5m and without the need for expensive guidance or super-flat floors. Perfectly suited to high intensity warehouse operations, the Bendi B420 AC HL can handle the most arduous of multi-shift operations due to the high capacity batteries and battery change facility.

        Maximises Material Handling Productivity
        The versatile Bendi B40VAC forklift replaces conventional reach and counterbalanced fork trucks in standard warehouse operations. The unique design allows operators to use it as a counterbalance truck indoors or out, yet operates in very narrow aisles in your warehouse, replacing reach trucks that require much wider aisles. The Bendi B40VAC has large diameter tyres and has great under clearance for avoiding floor obstructions. One forklift can go from the truck to the rack eliminating staging and additional operators and support forklifts.

        3-Stage Mast
        The new mast has a rigid mounting and as standard a tilting and side shifting carriage. The new design offers increased mast rigidity, capacity and improved visibility. Dual free lift cylinders and optimised hose and chain routings have improved visibility through the mast. Lowered heights have been reduced and a new mounting position on the 1067mm wide front axle reduces the distance from the face of the forks to the back of the axle thereby improving aisle performance. Mountings for cameras have been integrated into the inner mast and an optional integral side shifting fork positioner combination is also available.

        The B55AC model is a 4-wheel articulating forklift with dual independently driven rear-drive tyres and soft-poly front load tyres. Excellent traction, braking and power enable climbing steep ramps with loads. Three or four stage masts are available. The B55AC can work inside and outside on paved surfaces and have a floating front axle, allowing the truck to ride smoothly over uneven floors and do the jobs of reach and counterbalanced trucks but with much heavier loads and in much narrower aisles.
