Company Profile
Fitting – Italy’s first modular furniture system – offers the ultimate in essential design and functionality. The highly successful Fitting brand was established in 1960 by the designer Ampelio Piarotto, and today its new image and unique design marks a revolutionary change in the modular furniture market. Modularity, essential design, superior finishes and exclusive patented “linking system” are combined with innovative materials in order to suit the most diversified types of interiors including homes, business districts, offices and public communication areas. The experience acquired and the capability for growth has induced Mobilie’s management - the company that owns the Fitting patents – to boost the brand’s potential. And to this end many new features have been introduced, including the new “P34” format - ideal for large areas - featuring modules with extra depth compared to the classic “P28”, and the anodized extruded aluminium framework proposed in black. There are also completely new colours and finishes for the polymer-coated doors (red, white, silver and black) and glass doors (acid-etched glass, clear glass and white varnished glass and the innovative stop-sol mirror effect glass). FITTING/TECHNICAL DATA The framework in anodized extruded aluminium is proposed in silver and black and features an essential and appealing high-tech design that enables an infinite variety of assembly solutions. Fitting’s linking system (patented model) is the core feature of the framework. Thanks to this simple and unique system in aluminium all the panels can be fitted according to specific functional needs. Quick and easy assembly is another prime feature offered by the Fitting modular system. The panels, shelves, doors and backs are made of premium quality materials and are designed to last a lifetime. Fitting’s modular elements can either be pensile or wall assembled, with or without back in two different depth formats - P28 and P34 - in order to adapt to different needs in terms of space. New colours and finishes for the polymer-coated doors (red, white, silver and black) and for the glass doors (acid-etched glass, clear glass, white-varnished glass, and the innovative stop-sol mirror-effect glass).
