Digitised processes and autonomous systems – topics of the future, yet challenges that have long since reached the Cleaning technology market. Hako meets these challenges with over 70 years of experience, a keen sense for our customers’ needs, and pioneering ideas creating significant impetus for the future of professional indoor cleaning.
The market’s interest in autonomous machines has increased substantially – not least because of the increasing shortage of skilled labour in the cleaning industry. Since Hako always develops new products with a close eye on future requirements, we are, of course, already working on a solution: namely the Scrubmaster B45 i, our prototype of an autonomous cleaning machine.
“Zero emissions” and “electromobility” are important topics of the future – also in the field of municipal technology. Based on theCitymaster 1650– adding the initials “ZE“ to its name, Hako is presenting the new Citymaster 1650 ZE: the first all-electric compact sweeper with additional benefits in the 3.5-t class made by Hako. Equipped with all-electric components, the ZE makes your fleet of municipal vehicles climate-friendly and sustainable, whilst guaranteeing reliably excellent cleaning results and emission-free operation. While noise and particulate emissions are reduced to a minimum, the new Citymaster 1650 ZE provides maximum efficiency, user comfort and safety.
Hako offers superior solutions that help you to keep your fleet of machines reliably under control. Hako-Fleet-Management can be individually composed from the modules view.X, view.X.live, entry.X and data.X – to ensure optimal use of resources.
The larger the number of machines in your fleet, the more important is a good overview of all relevant machine data in order to guarantee economically efficient and transparent operation of your fleet. Hako-Fleet-Management records all relevant commercial and service-related data as well as the machine’s current operating status and compiles all information in a clear, at-a-glance overview, which can be retrieved from the web portal via any web-based system: on your PC, smartphone or tablet; in real time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The autonomous cleaning machine RoboScrub 20 has already proved its efficiency in the field: from cleaning production halls and warehouses with narrow aisles to large shopping centres. This compact scrubber-drier reliably navigates around obstacles and provides excellent cleaning results. In addition, the machine is particularly user-friendly, both in autonomous and manual operation. To carry out quick in-between cleaning jobs, RoboScrub 20 can be used as a conventional ride-on scrubber-drier.ucial issue. A signal light indicates to bystanders that the machine is in autonomous working mode. If a critical situation occurs despite the integrated obstacle identification system, the machine can be stopped quickly and easily via emergency buttons installed next to the signal light and on the operating console.
Multifunctional outdoor cleaning machine in the 2-t class
The basic version of the Citymaster 650, designed as a compact implement carrier, already sets new standards in the 2-t class: for example with articulated steering, permanent all-wheel drive with a fully electronic control system and extensive features providing increased comfort and safety at work. Thanks to its multifunctional design, the Citymaster 650 can be retooled quickly and easily, for example as a professional sweeper or an efficient snowplough for winter service tasks, which makes this machine not only extremely versatile in use but also particularly economical as it provides multiple application options.
Multifunctional outdoor cleaning machine in the 6-t class
More comfort, safety and efficiency in the 6-t class: this is what the Citymaster 2250 stands for – as a compact sweeper or as a versatile implement carrier for all-season use. With a crash-tested, individually equipped cabin with variable interior space utilisation, an optimised amount of space even in the head area as well as ergonomically designed operating elements, the Citymaster 2250 meets the driver’s every need – and thus increases efficiency on the job and safety at work: for example, through generous glazing and optional features for an unobstructed view onto the entire working environment.
