                            • BALE GRIPPER

                            • Schäffer provides the right gripper for any type of bales: regardless of round or cuboid bales in any size. Specially designed grippers boost productivity and safety. We are happy to advise you! Loaders must be equipped with a protective roof, a soft top or a cab to be permitted to transport bales.

                            • ROUND BALE PROCESSING UNIT

                            • Evenly process round bales thanks to the ample transmission ratio from oil engine to drive shaft using a roller chain.

                            • LARGE-SCALE BALE FORK WITH SUPPORT FRAME

                            • In simple terms, the most suitable unit to transport and stack straw or hay bales. With three prongs as standard. Middle prong can be attached either at the top or the bottom. The supporting frame holds the bale(s). Suitable for round or cuboid bales.

                              It is mandatory to equip the loader with a protective roof, soft top or cab for work with large-scale bales.

                            • PALLET FORK

                            • Pallet fork, available with different prong lengths and for different weights. Also suitable for prongs intended for large-scale bales. The optional frame adds additional safety during loading.

                            • BEDDING UNIT

                            • For bedding, such as chopped straw or saw dust. Also suitable to supply fodder in corn silage units.

                            • BUCKET WITH ROTARY TILLER

                            • Bucket available either with a fixed or hydraulically swivelling, oscillating beater.

                            • FODDER DOSING UNIT FOR HIGH-ENERGY AND COMPRESSED ANIMAL FEED

                            • The fodder dosing unit is equipped with an internal worm element. As standard, the units feeds out towards the right, a variant with output towards the left is also available. Optionally available scrapping unit for beet. Required oil quantity: 25 l/min.

                            • FODDER DISTRIBUTOR WITH CHAIN CONVEYOR

                            • Ideally suitable to automate the food supply with corn and chopped grass silage. The chain conveyor/scraper base can feed out to the left or right, depending on the direction of rotation. The speed is set with the oil quantity/engine speed. Operation requires 1 x DW connection.

                            • FODDER DISTRIBUTION BUCKET

                            • Fodder distribution buckets till and distribute corn silage and chopped grass silage. An internal worm element safeguards the output. Outputs on both sides optionally available. Loader requires dual-action control unit.

                            • BRUSHES

                            • Sweeping machines with and without dirt collection tank; mechanical or hydraulic drainage. Optionally also with water tank, hydraulic side adjustment (including selection valve), spray nozzles and side-mounted brushes.

                            • FRONT-END ATTACHMENT EXCAVATOR

                            • All excavators are equipped with four-way control levers, hydraulic stabilisers, seat and adjustable frame width. The loading rocker of the loader is mechanically locked in excavator mode (within the scope of delivery).
                              The loader requires a lock for the additional control unit as special equipment. Loaders must be equipped with protective roof, soft top or cab, manual throttle recommended.

                            • AUGER

                            • Augers considerably enhance the suitability of Schäffer loaders to agricultural applications, horse care and commercial use. One DW connection with free return is required for operation. However, we recommend use of a loader with tandem pump.

                            • WORKING PLATFORM

                            • MULCHER

                            • The hydraulically driven, front-mounted mulcher is supplied with special hardened metal shackle blades, fine chopping strip and two height-adjustable rubber castors. Suitable for short as well as long material.

                            • ROTARY MOWER

                            • Front-mounted rotary mower to maintain grasslands. Requires a stronger gear pump with a minimum of 22 cm³ and an unpressurised return.

                            • DUAL BLADE MOWER

                            • Cleanly cut grass with the hydraulically driven dual blade mower. The angle of the strip can be continuously adjusted to allow use of the mower even on slopes and young hedges. The loader must be equipped with a free return and an oil cooler.

                            • ROTARY STUMP TILLER

                            • A tool every professional landscaping business needs. For loaders from 33 kW (45 HP). We recommend loaders with tandem pumps.

                            • RIDING TRACK LEVELLING UNIT

                            • The riding track levelling unit is equipped with a hydraulic rake, large hoof mark removers, edge rollers and roller tiller.
